Return Refund

Overview

We will accept returns provided it meets the following criteria:

(i) You did not order the item in question.
(ii) The item was defected

In order to receive the refund/replacement claim, you must report the disputed item within 24 hours and sent the item to us within 3 working days in its original packing.Any claims not meeting the above criteria will not be engaged.

Exchange Items:

You have the right to claim Replacement/Refund policy for defected item(s). If you choose to replace an item, we will deliver it to you free of charge. If you choose to refund an item, we will refund cash within 15-30 days.
